DEL-F/DEM-F密闭式粉体定量给料机是我公司研制的一种专门用于粉状物料连续定量给料的设备，它具有精度高、可靠性高及长期稳定性好等特点。该设备能按预定的程序，根据设定的给料量自动调节皮带转速，使物料流量稳定于设定值，平稳连续地输送物料。是建材、冶金、电力、化工等行业用于粉状物料的理想计量设备.
主要结构特点：
◆ 该机通过现场单机智能控制系统进行计量，备有DCS接口
◆ 关键部件减速机、变频器、称重传感器、现场仪表系统均选用进口件
◆ 特殊的稳定性设计使粉状物料在进入秤桥之前进行除气和稳流
◆ 稳定室装有橡胶密封，阻止物料从稳定室与输送带之间外泄，卸料罩可连接除尘器接口
◆ 稳定室内挡板在启动时可调节物料流的状态
