该工艺系统设备配置适用于大流量（10~300t/h）粉体物料的定量喂料。系统稳流给料装置由专用旋转式锁料阀、电动（气动）流量控制阀、气动开关截止阀、充气分料箱组成。给料装置安装在粉体仓下方或库侧，库内底部设有专用充气助流装置，防止粉体物料起拱及库内压力引起的下料不畅。粉体物料由库底经旋转锁风阀、电动（气动）流量控制阀后，通过一段空气输送斜槽进入转子称重给料机，转子称重给料机经称重检测及速度检测计算后，稳定喂入下到输送环节。控制系统根据转子称重给料机内的物料容重，调节旋转式锁风阀的转速及流量阀的开度，保证转子称重给料机内的物料容积始终恒定。控制系统通过检测转子称重给料机的瞬时流量与设定流量比较后计算控制结果，调节转子称重给料机的转速，达到稳定精确喂料。

该工艺系统设备配置适用于中流量（5~120t/h）粉体物料的定量喂料，系统采用溢流稳料螺旋给料机作为稳流给料装置。系统由双向螺旋闸门、溢流稳料螺旋给料机、转子称重给料机及控制装置组成。溢流稳料螺旋给料机安装在粉体仓下方，给料机上方设有螺旋闸门与仓底出料口连接，供检修用。物料经溢流稳料螺旋给料机稳定给入转子称重给料机内，转子称重给料机经称重检测及速度检测计算后，稳定喂入下到输送环节。

    溢流稳料螺旋给料机采用不等距螺旋及溢流仓结构，从结构上有效解决了流动性物料跑料、冲料等问题，消除了粉体物料仓内物料压力对给料过程的影响。给料量稳定可调。稳流给料机采用变频调节转速，变频器受控于控制系统，根据转子称重给料机内的物料容重，调节稳流给料机的转速，保证转子称重给料机内的物料容积始终恒定。控制系统通过检测转子称重给料机的瞬时流量与设定流量比较后计算控制结果，调节转子称重给料机的转速，达到稳定精确喂料。
