工作原理：
自动吊臂式模具激光焊接机，在普通的模具激光焊接机的基础上改装加装了一个自动吊臂，采用控制器上的摇杆控制吊臂的移动，可以直接在地上或者叉车上对模具进行焊接。可焊接的材料非常广泛,包括: 冷作高合金钢、热锻高合金钢、含镍工具钢、高级钢、铜合金、铍铜、高韧铝合金等金属材料。

主要优点：

修补质量好：熔接强度高，冶金熔接，隋性气体保护，修补部位不发黑，不氧化，修补处可铣、锉等全部后期加工；

修补精度高：可使用圆丝焊丝进行修补，不会失去原基准面，多余焊料少，后期整形容易，最小修补量为0.3mm（使用直径0.3mm的焊丝）；

修补速度快：修补速度可达100mm³/min；

基材损伤小：发热点小，不会造成基材退火变形，这相对于氩弧焊等其他焊接方式来说是一个巨大的优势；

功率分配合理；

电压适应范围大：当电压变化在±20%的范围内波动时，机器仍能保证正常工作，并维持稳定的输出功率。

working principle：
Automatic hanging arm type mold laser welding machine, in the ordinary mould laser welding machine based on modified installation of an automatic boom, using a joystick controller to control movement of the boom, can be directly in the ground or forklift of mould for welding. Welding materials is very extensive, including: cold high alloy steel, hot forging high alloy steels, containing nickel tool steel, high quality steel, copper alloys, beryllium copper, high toughness aluminum alloy and other metal materials.

Major advantages:
Good repair quality: welding high strength, complete metallurgical welding, inert gas protection, repair parts is not black, no oxidation, repair milling, file a full post processing;
Repair high precision: can be used to repair the round wire welding wire, will not lose the original reference surface, excess solder less, the latter shaping is easy, the minimum amount of repair for 0.3mm (using diameter 0.3mm welding wire);
Repair speed: the fastest repair capacity of up to 100 mm no / min (in cold welding repair field, this is absolutely amazing ultrafast speed);
Substrate damage is small: the hot spot is small, will not cause the substrate annealing deformation, which is a huge advantage compared with other welding methods such as argon arc welding;
