三、性能及特点:
1、本仪器采用电脑控制,能自动记录压力、温度及其变化过程,并用曲线描绘出来,能自动打印测试结果;
2、本仪器氧弹上采用日本进口的旋转接头,通过压力传感器将压力转换成电信号直接传到电脑处理,便于对压力实时采集和处理,从显示屏上能观察到氧弹在充氧后是否泄漏,以及在试验过程中是否已达到规定的压力降,数据显示直观、方便、精度高;
3、旋转电动机位于油浴上部,通过传动装置使氧弹按100±5r/min速度旋转,长期使用不会出现漏油的现象;
4、本仪器采用两个氧弹旋转座,可同时装入两支氧弹,便于做平行试验;并在旋转台底座上装有叶片,在氧弹旋转时起到搅拌作用;
5、本仪器在试验完毕后或在查询过程中,用户可根据需要打印出结果。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:
1. The instrument is controlled by computer, which can automatically record the pressure, temperature and change process, and draw out the curve, and automatically print the test result;
2, the instrument used on oxygen bomb rotary joint, imported from Japan by pressure sensor to convert pressure into electrical signals directly to computer processing, facilitate the pressure real-time acquisition and processing, can be observed from the monitor screen of a leaky oxygen bomb after oxygenation, and whether in the process of test has reached the pressure drop, according to intuitive, convenient, high precision;
3. The rotating motor is located on the upper part of the oil bath. The oxygen bomb is rotated at the speed of 100±5r/min by means of the transmission device, so there will be no oil leakage in long-term use.
4. The instrument adopts two oxygen bomb rotating seats, which can be loaded into two oxygen bombs at the same time to facilitate parallel tests; A vane is installed on the base of the rotating table to stir the oxygen bomb when it rotates.
5. Users can print out the results according to their needs after the test or during the inquiry process.
