工作流程
自动供袋机
Bag Supplying Machine
2个水平排列的置袋盘约可存放200个空袋(存放量会因空袋的厚度而异)，由吸盘取袋装置给设备供袋。当一个单元的空袋取完后，下一单元的置袋盘自动切换至取袋位置，以设备的连续运转。
About 200 empty bags are put in 2 horizontal plates (the number of empty bags depends on the bag thickness), and bag supplying is finished by vacuum chuck. After one empty bag taken, the plate with many empty bags moves to the bag fetch position so that the equipment can run continuously and stably.

对袋子的整体位置进行调整。

空袋提取
Take Empty Bag
提取自动供袋机上空袋。
Take the empty bag of Bag Supplying Machine.
横向移动
Horizontal Movement
空袋移动至下料口位置。
Move the empty bag to feed opening.
空袋打开
Open Empty Bag
空袋移动至下料口位置后，由真空吸盘打开袋口。
Move the empty bag to feed opening, then open the pocket mouth of bag with vacuum chuck.
夹袋喂料装置
Bag Clamping and Feeding Mechanism
空袋由夹袋机构夹紧在下料口，下料门插入袋内后打开喂料。
The empty bag is clamped by Bag Clamping Mechanism under the feed opening, then feeding door insert to the bag and start the feeding.
过渡料斗+二次料门
Transitional Hopper & Twice Feeding Door
料斗为计量机与包装秤之间的过渡部分，二次料门的主要功能是在下料的过程中起缓冲作用，以减少物料中空气含量。
The Transitional Hopper is the transitional part between the Metering Mechanism and Packaging Machine. The Twice Feeding Door’s main function is to be a cushion during feeding materials, so that reduce the air content in materials.
袋底拍击装置
Bag Bottom Flapping Mechanism
物料充填后，此装置拍击袋底，使袋中的物料充分落实。
After the materials filled the bag, the mechanism claps the bottom of bag to make materials fully drop down the bottom of bag.
实袋横向移动和袋口夹持导入装置
Bag Horizontal Moving & Pocket Mouth Clamping Mechanism
实袋从下料口放至立袋输送机上，并由袋口夹持装置夹持着袋口输送到封口部分。
The bag with materials is put on the Standing Bag Conveyor from feed opening, and clamped by the Pocket Mouth Clamping Mechanism until get to the sealing part.

实袋由此输送机以恒定的速度输送到下游，高度调节手柄可调整输送机的高度。
The bag with materials is conveyed at the same speed, and the conveyor height can be changed with height regulating handle.
