高精度皮带秤的优点
称重精度明显提高并有良好的长期稳定性。对称重单元刚度要求大大降低,重量减轻有效抑制皮带张力变化的影响,对安装位置要求放宽单支承去除结构变形产生的干涉 对称重托辊共面性要求降低维护量极小。托辊沾料无影响适用于贸易结算和比较重要的散装物料计量有专家系统远程诊断、排除、可实现故障远程早期诊断、预警、排除使用精度高达0.2%,真正达到0.2级计量要求,稳定性周期达6个月以上。其配置的跟踪避免零点跑偏系统,对每一路传感器单独AD检测,故障判断,超差剔除等功能,使皮带秤长期高精度稳定运行。真正的实现了高精度、自校验、免维护,从而保证皮带秤的精确计量。

传统皮带秤误差理论高精对皮带秤之内力理论"
对一个单独的称重单元来说,其皮带张力的影响和传统皮带秤装态相同;在一个连续安装的称重阵列中,相邻单元的皮带张力影响相互抵消。即一个连续安装的称重阵列内部皮带张力影响力成为一种“内力",对称重的影响为零,皮带张力的影响于阵列的出、入口处的单元。
12托辊皮带秤之皮带效应理论"
“皮带效应"是指皮带的硬度、弱性等物理特性对称重产生的效应。在皮带张力的作用下槽形皮带呈半刚性状,当支承点高度不在一个准直面时,皮带沿运行方向会产生波浪、其对称重产生的影响称之为“皮带效应"。“皮带效应"的影响随皮带的硬度、物料的流量、环境的流量、环境的温度等因素的变化而变化。阵列式皮带秤通过检测、分析各单元采样值、建立一个“皮带效应"影响的数学模型并进行补偿修正。在“内力理论"指导下,采用与常规皮带秤截然不同的设计理念,称重单元整体结构十分,特别适合在恶劣工况下长期工作,对提高皮带秤的长期稳定期稳定性起到了关键作用。
