NJGC型耐压式称重给煤机：
NJGC系列耐压式胶带给煤机是针对当前热（发）电厂循环流化床锅炉系统而设计的耐温、 压给煤机。该机具有在微正压压力小于0.35MPa和工作温度小于150℃下长期工作。可实现由煤仓到锅炉入煤的连续给煤，是一种智能化的动态计量设备。
工作原理：
给煤机利用胶带拖动原煤运行，当原煤从煤仓被胶带拖出后，在胶带的带动下，靠自重与胶带之间的摩擦力平稳地向前移动．从而实现连续、均匀地给煤。
在输送胶带的下方，安装有称重托辊、称重桥架、称重传感器，装有称重传感器的称重桥架安装于输送机的纵梁上，称重桥架支承着称重托辊，以检测皮带上的物料重量并产生一个正比于皮带载荷的电信号，送给称重显示仪表。
连接在滚筒上的速度传感器，提供一系列脉冲，每个脉冲表示一个皮带运动单位，脉冲的频率正比于皮带速度。称重显示仪表接收称重传感器与速度传感器两种信号后，通过放大、整形、A/D转换处理与积分运算，在仪表的显示器上显示出输送原煤的累计重量和瞬时流量。
设备组成：
NJGC系列耐压式称重给煤机主要由以下几部分组成：胶带给煤机主要包括输送机支架、封闭耐压壳体、裙边环形皮带、电机减速机、进料口闸门（手动或电动）、出料口闸门、照明灯、防偏装置、堵煤装置、超温报警装置；电子称重系统包括WTC3000B或6000B给料机控制器、称重传感器（进口）、测速传感器、ICS-30型秤架；电气控制系统包括变频器控制柜、仪表控制柜、现场接线箱等。

NJGC series pressure-resistant belt coal feeder is designed for the current heat (hair) power plant circulating fluidized bed boiler system. The machine has long-term operation at micro-positive pressure of less than 0.35 MPa and working temperature of less than 150°C. It is a kind of intelligent dynamic measuring equipment to realize the continuous coal supply from coal bunker to boiler. Working principle: The coal feeder uses the tape to drag the raw coal to run, when the raw coal is dragged out of the coal bunker by the tape, driven by the tape, the friction between the weight and the tape moves smoothly forward. Thus, the continuous and uniform coal supply is realized. At the bottom of the conveying tape, there are weighing rollers, weighing bridge frame, weighing sensor, weighing bridge frame with weighing sensor is installed on the longitudinal beam of the conveyer, and the weighing bridge frame is supported with weighing roller to detect the material weight on the belt and produce an electrical signal proportional to the belt load, which is sent to the weighing display instrument. a speed sensor connected to the drum provides a series of pulses, each representing a belt moving unit. the frequency of the pulse is proportional to the belt speed. After the weighing display instrument receives the two kinds of signals of weighing sensor and speed sensor, through amplification, shaping, A/D conversion processing and integral operation, the accumulative weight and instantaneous flow of raw coal are displayed on the display of the instrument.
