WTC-PZ单元式皮带采样系统：
单元式皮带采样系统由初级采样机（皮带头部或中部采样）、采样单元、余料返回设备及电控系统组成。采样单元将破碎、缩分、样品收集系统集中在一个单元房中。该系统具有空间小、安装方便、粉尘和噪音污染小等优点。皮带采样分为二级和三级采样。二级采样常用于煤流量不超过2000t/h，粒度不大于100mm的场合；三级采样常用于煤流量大于2000t/h，物料粒度大于100mm的场合。单元式制样系统可以作为一个通用组件，既能用于皮带采样系统，也可用于汽车、火车螺旋采样系统。
系统组成：
单元式皮带采样系统由初级采样机、破碎缩分单元（初级给料机、破碎机、二次给料机、二次采样机、样品收集器）、余料返回系统、电气控制系统、不锈钢溜槽和框架等组成。
◆初级采样头：可直接安装在输送机上，成本低；采用足够强度的矩形钢管支承；制动电机直接驱动，能可靠停机；采样机设有防止物料散落的侧面裙板；非接触式接近开关，用于起停控制；切割器端部装有钢丝软刷，保证全断面取样又不损伤皮带；配平衡配重可消除高偏心负载。
◆初级给料机：主要作用是在系统中进行样品的输送,提供连续、均匀稳定的样品料流（功能同二次给料机）。
◆破碎机：环锤式结构；可摆动可双向使用锤头；筛条式料筛易于调整物料粒度；易打开式结构，维护清理快速；进口设有机械手疏通器；皮带驱动并设有零速开关。
◆二次给料机：采用全封闭式，减少煤样和水分损失；配用皮带头部清扫器和自清洁式尾部滚筒；设有料流整形板，可方便调整给料流量的大小；尾部设有螺旋张紧装置。
◆二次采样机（缩分器）：根据具体物料性质和采样要求缩分器主要分为旋转式、往复切割式、可调三通式。
◆样品收集器：用于储存最终样品，采用防尘密封结构设计，避免了样品的污染和水分的损失。4～16罐样品收集器为旋转台式，主要用在制样系统的末级，实现最终样品的自动收集功能。材质可选用不锈钢或塑料。
◆余料返回系统：作用是将采样系统中的弃料返回主料流，通常有斗式提升机、螺旋输送机、皮带输送机等几种形式。
◆电气控制系统: 采用PLC进行逻辑程序控制；利用设备上的零速开关对系统各设备进行运行状态监控；配有操作面板或上位机，可进行采样系统调整及主要参数的设定；显示状态及故障信息；采样系统有手动自动两种运行模式。
◆不锈钢溜槽和框架：不锈钢溜槽耐腐蚀，结构流畅不，框架主要用于各分级设备的支撑及密封防护等。
The unit type belt sampling system consists of a primary sampling machine (belt head or middle sampling), a sampling unit, a residual material return equipment and an electrical control system. The sampling unit concentrates the crushing, shrinking, sample collection system in one unit room. The system has the advantages of small space, convenient installation, small dust and noise pollution. Belt sampling is divided into two and three levels of sampling. secondary sampling is often used for occasions where coal flow does not exceed 2000 t/h and particle size is not greater than 100 mm; tertiary sampling is often used for occasions where coal flow is greater than 2000 t/h and material particle size is greater than 100 mm. The unit sample making system can be used as a general component, both for belt sampling system and for auto and train spiral sampling system. System composition: The unit type belt sampling system consists of primary sampler, crushing and shrinking unit (primary feeder, crusher, secondary feeder, secondary sampler, sample collector), residual material return system, electrical control system, stainless steel chute and frame, etc. Primary sampling head: can be installed directly on the conveyor, low cost; use a rectangular steel pipe support with sufficient strength; brake motor direct drive, can reliably stop; sampling machine is equipped with a side skirt to prevent material scattered; non-contact proximity switch for starting and stopping control; the end of the cutter is equipped with a wire soft brush to ensure that the full section sampling without damaging the belt; with balance weight can eliminate high bias load. Primary feeder: The main function is to carry out sample delivery in the system to provide continuous, uniform and stable sample feed flow (function is the same as secondary feeder). Crusher: Ring hammer type structure; swingable can use hammer head two-way; sieve type material screen easy to adjust material particle size; easy to open type structure, maintenance and cleaning fast; imported with manipulator dredger; belt drive with zero speed switch. ◆ secondary feeder: completely closed to reduce coal sample and moisture loss; with belt head sweeper and self-cleaning tail drum; with material flow rectifier plate, it is convenient to adjust the size of feed flow; tail with screw tensioning device. ◆ secondary sampler (splitter): according to the specific material properties and sampling requirements, the splitter is mainly divided into rotary type, reciprocating cutting type, adjustable three-way type. ◆ sample collector: used to store the final sample, designed with dust-proof seal structure to avoid contamination of the sample and loss of moisture. 4~16 tank sample collector is a rotary table, mainly used in the last stage of the sample preparation system to achieve the automatic collection function of the final sample. The material can be made of stainless steel or plastic. ◆ surplus material return system: the function is to return the discarded material in the sampling system to the main material flow, usually there are bucket hoist, screw conveyor, belt conveyor and other forms. ◆ electrical control system: using PLC to control the logic program; using the zero speed switch on the equipment to monitor the operation status of each equipment of the system; equipped with operation panel or upper computer, the sampling system can be adjusted and the main parameters set; display the status and fault information; sampling system has manual automatic two operation modes. ◆ stainless steel chute and frame: stainless steel chute corrosion resistance, smooth structure without clamping material, the frame is mainly used for the support of various grading equipment and sealing protection, etc.
