气动液压泵

　　气动液压泵将较低的空气压力转换成高压油，即利用大面积活塞端的低气压产生小面积活塞端的高液压。可以代替手动或电动液压泵与锚索张拉机具、退锚机、锚杆拉力计或其他液压工具配套使用

气动液压泵为自填充型泵，一般来说，无需使用空气管线润滑器。当驱动活塞向上运行时，将液体吸入泵内，此时入口处的单向阀打开，出口单向阀关闭。当活塞向下运行时，在液体一侧会形成压力，压力会将入口处单向阀关闭，出口处单向阀打开，气动液压泵能够实现自动循环。当出口压力升高时，气动液压泵会减速运行，并对差动活塞产生阻力，当力平衡时，气动液压泵自动停止运行。当出口压力降低或气体驱动压力增加时，气动液压泵会自动启动运行。

When the outlet pressure increases, the pneumatic hydraulic pump will slow down and produce a certain resistance to the differential piston. When the force is balanced, the pneumatic hydraulic pump will automatically stop running. When the outlet pressure decreases or the gas drive pressure increases, the pneumatic hydraulic pump will start automatically.
