■ CQF工程塑料磁力泵类型含义：
CQF型工程塑料磁力驱动离心泵（简称工程塑料磁力泵），一般由电动机，磁力偶合器和工程塑料离心泵构成。其首要特点是运用磁力偶合器传递动力，无泄漏，当电动机股动磁力偶合器的外磁钢旋转时，磁力线穿过间隙和阻隔套，作用于内磁钢上，使泵转子与电动机同步旋转，无机械触摸地传递扭矩。在泵轴的动力输入端，因为液体被封闭在停止的阻隔套内，没有动密封因此无泄漏。CQ系列磁力泵型式及基本参数契合JB／TQ786－89《小型磁力驱动离心泵型式与基本参数》规范和《小型磁力驱动离心泵三个规范的补充规定》。 ■ CQF工程塑料磁力泵功能参数：
■ CQF工程塑料磁力泵装置与运用： 一、磁力泵应水平装置，不宜竖立，塑料泵不得接受管路分量，关于特殊笔直装置的场合，电机必须朝上。 二、当抽吸液面高于泵轴心线时，起动前翻开吸入管道阀门即可，若抽吸液面低于泵轴心线时，管道需配底阀。 三、泵运用前应进行检查，电机风叶滚动要灵敏，无卡住及反常声响，各紧固件要紧固。 四、查电机旋转方向是不是与磁力泵转向符号一致。 五、电机发动后,缓慢翻开排出阀,待泵进入正常作业状况后,再将排出阀调到所需开度。 六、泵停止作业前,应先封闭排出阀门,然后封闭吸入管阀门。 ■ CQF工程塑料磁力泵运用注意事项： 一、因磁力泵轴承的冷却和光滑是靠被运送的介质，所以禁止空工作，一起防止在作业中途停电后再发动时所形成载时空载工作。 二、当抽吸液面高于泵轴心线时，起动前翻开吸入管道阀门即可，若抽吸液面低于泵轴心线时，管道需配底阀 三、泵运用中环境应小于40℃、电机温升不得超越75℃。 四、被运送的介质及其温度应在泵材答应范围内。工程塑料磁力泵的运用温度＜60℃，金属泵的运用温度小于100℃，运送吸入压力不大 于0.2MPa，作业压力1.6MPa、密度不大于1600kg/m3,粒度不大于30×10-6m2/S的不含硬颗料和纤维的液体。 五、关于运送液为易沉积结晶的介质，运用后应及时清洁，排净泵内积液。 六、磁力泵运转500小时后，应拆轴承和端面动环的磨损状况若轴承和轴套的间隙大于0.5~1mm,叶轮轴向窜动1.5~2mm时，应更 换轴承和轴向动环。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
