杭州图谱光电科技有限公司成立短短的5年以来,一直专注于工业成像相机、显微成像相机、天文成像相机、显微数码产品、微型光谱仪的研制与销售。图谱光电拥有专业的研发团队,在光、机、电、计算机硬件与软件方面拥有的专家,每一款产品,每一个细节,均出自图谱的自主研发之手。创造了行业传奇,取得了不俗的战绩。我们具有什么样的专业背景同工作经历?图谱光电技术官Field YU拥有中国大学博士学位,并具有在香港科技大学、新加坡国立大学博士后研究工作经历。Field YU工作经历丰富,合作伙伴广泛,与美国Sandiego State University,University of Central Florida, Colorado State University,Rochester University,Arizona State University,University of South California,香港科技大学电气工程学系,新加坡国立大学电气工程学系等都具有广泛的学术交流与渊远的研究合作历史。Field YU光学专业研究学术领域基础扎实,底蕴深厚,发表了近260余篇中英文专业学术论文。其研究内容涉及光学信息处理,光学计算,光学设计,液晶显示与液晶投影显示,数字图像处理以及数字图像传感器,智能化光学仪器等。在LCOS芯片的研究方面创造了世界多个,提出了LCOS设计理论的参数空间法(Parameter Space)并付诸Himax( NASDAQ)实施产业化。Google Glass的核心部件LCOS即出自他的研究成果。在穿透式视频眼镜研发方面,为某穿透式视频眼镜公司打造了多款原型机样品并进入小试样阶段。试制成功的产品已经成功配置在国外某战斗机上。在波前编码领域,经过多年努力,建造性地建立了波前编码的大视场理论,解决了大视情况下的点扩散函数扭曲效应,在此基础上成功开发了光圈数低达2,景深为普通镜头近10倍的长焦镜头,有望在监控领域得到广泛应用。在图谱光电,Field YU极力打造公司的研发、销售、生产三合一平台。精通四(Zeiss, Leica, Nikon,Olympus)显微镜光学系统、中国国内显微镜光学系统。在光学镜头的设计,光学仪器的智能化领域颇有建树,设计并产业化了多款不同倍率的数码显微光学匹配镜头,光学性能达到衍射极限,深受客户好评! 在光学低倍率显微变倍物镜领域,设计了多款连续变倍镜头,均实现了不同倍率下良好的齐焦性能以及分辨率达到衍射极限的光学品质。在光学高倍显微变倍物镜领域,设计了2~20倍,4~40倍高倍连续变倍显微物镜。这些设计有望在数码变倍显微领域得到广泛应用,为微观世界探索尽了绵薄之力。在近半年的时间里,设计了近50余款智能家居监控镜头,运动相机镜头,汽车监控镜头。最近更是在VR领域实现了突破性的进展,设计了多款视场达到210度的全景镜头并成功产业化。其中的一款镜头月产量突破100万颗。公司图像专家Steven LIU取得中国大学的数字图像处理专业博士学位,拥有在国际通讯设备公司华为技术有限公司多年的国内国外工作经验,在工业相机软件控制与开发领域, 尤其是图像还原及处理方面,精耕细做,取得了不俗的战绩。公司硬件专家Shelon GUO在取得中国大学的硕士学位以后,在取得国内数十家公司Offer的情况下,在公司刚刚创立的时候,毅然放弃国内公司的优厚待遇,加入到图谱光电的研发行列,通晓Sony, Aptina, OminiVision,On Semiconductor, Fairchild , Dalsa传感器的基本特性,精通上述传感器的精准控制技术,成为!为图谱光电的相机走出,走向世界立下汗马功劳。公司硬件专家Jack WU,国内大学的硕士学位,多家国内公司的硬件从业经验,精通高速数字电路,模拟电路和EMC设计。主导设计了HDMI相机及WIFI相机,参与打造了国际的天文制冷相机,为探索宇宙,探索未来提供了高品质图像这个有力的工具。公司固件专家Kelvin CHENG,拥有大学的硕士学位,在华为3COM工作多年,积累了丰富的项目开发经验,尤其是在单片机软件,Linux驱动方面极为擅长。熟悉TI,海思,安霸等业界主流嵌入式方案,为公司的HDMI相机,WIFI相机从无到有,从有到传颂了奇迹。公司软件专家 Forward XIANG,拥有大学的硕士学位,并曾任国内监控行业企业软件技术官的职位,精通WINDWOS,Linux, Mac IOS等多平台软件基础,擅长跨平台软件与多语言软件的编写。目前其作品ToupView已经成为国际最的显微图像处理软件,深得用户的欢迎。公司Linux软件专家Dylan Zhou,拥有大学博士学位,精通Linux, MAC平台下软件的编写,熟悉主流Android及iOS移动平台应用开发,熟悉QT, MiniGUI等跨平台程序,为公司的软件产品平台化,嵌入式化极尽全力,博得了客户的好评。

机器视觉相机产品说明

ToupTek的机器视觉相机采用USB3.0接口快速实时传输非压缩图像的图像采集设备,支持通过客户端软件进行图像数据采集和参数设置(如工作模式、图像参数调节等)。

SWIR系列主要是采用SenSWIR铟镓砷USB3.0接口的短波红外制冷相机,具有400nm-1700nm宽波段响应,131万像素的高分辨率,高量子效率和高灵敏度的特点;

IUX系列包含IUA,IUB以及IUC,其中的KMA是工业应用的USB3.0接口黑白相机系列,KPA系列是工业应用的USB3.0接口彩色相机系列,内置硬件ISP图像处理引擎,确保色彩还原度与相机速度。分辨率覆盖从1.7M-43MP;

IUA系列性价比高,芯片尺寸横跨1/2.8”~1.1”;

IUB系列选用G-Pixel系列芯片,芯片尺寸横跨1/1.1”~1.7”;

IUC系列芯片尺寸主要是APS同全画幅;

I3ISPM系列是工业应用的USB3.0接口彩色相机系列,内置硬件ISP图像处理引擎,确保色彩还原度与相机速度。分辨率覆盖从0.5M-20MP;

I3CMOS系列是工业应用的USB3.0接口黑白相机系列;
