引起潜水泵跳闸的原因？

一般有以下三种原因。

1、潜水泵过载，潜水泵过载为什么有时候还能开起来，因为有的潜水泵过载，并不是电气过载，而是内部机械结构卡涩，比如常见的轴承上锈缺油，轴杆轴套变形，所以在启动的时候就会比较干涉，无法启动。

来回上电几次以后，稍微润滑才能够启动，建议把潜水泵拆开轴承上油，如果上锈比较严重就把轴承换掉，修复轴套还有轴杆，如果长时间这样使用，会导致潜水泵无法使用的。

还有一种是电气过载，就是水泵在启动的过程中启动电流过大，有可能是内部线圈出现了问题，建议到专业电机维修公司进行维修。

2、潜水泵漏电，其实这也是有概率性的，就比如说家庭线路中，有时候发现家里的漏电保护器跳闸，推上去后又能使用，而且有的时候连续几天都不会有跳闸的情况发生，但是不能排除有漏电的可能。

所以如果没有过载短路，那么就要把整个电线换掉试一下，如果能够解决问题那就是电线漏电的原因。

3、空气开关选型不对，首先选择额定电流值，一般的潜水泵大概在4000瓦左右，那么在选择电流值的时候选择25安就可以了，如果没有选择25安，而是选择了16安20安，这个时候就会出现跳闸的情况。

There is also an electrical overload, that is, the starting current of the water pump is too large during the starting process. There may be a problem with the internal coil. It is recommended to go to a professional motor maintenance company for maintenance.

2. In fact, the leakage of submersible pump is also probabilistic. For example, in the home line, sometimes it is found that the leakage protector at home trips and can be used after being pushed up. Sometimes, there will be no tripping for several consecutive days, but the possibility of leakage cannot be ruled out.

Therefore, if there is no overload or short circuit, replace the whole wire and try. If the problem can be solved, that is the reason for the leakage of the wire.

3. If the type selection of air switch is wrong, first select the rated current value. Generally, the submersible pump is about 4000 watts. Then select 25 a when selecting the current value. If 25 A is not selected, but 16 A and 20 A are selected, tripping will occur at this time.
