RJYG20-20 flue heating asphalt transport tank container is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO1496-3：1995. The dimension for 20FT container is: L=6058mm, W=2438 mm, H=2438 mm，the rated capacity is 20000L, the curb weight is 4100 kg and the gross mass is 23700 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.

20FT运输罐式集装箱罐体采用高品质隔热保温外壳并配备柴油燃烧器烟道加热管，可以使用燃烧器或其他加热器喷火加热沥青。配备沥青溢流管、防冒液呼吸阀、防老化顶置充氮阀、温度感应器、、温度计、容量计和输出沥青的快速卸料阀及接耦。该箱采用外挂式燃烧器加热结构并设置加热器控制箱（所需电力220V 50Hz、柴油储存桶用户自备）。框架采用矩形结构钢材，质量轻强度大，适合于海路、公路、铁路的沥青中转运输。

20FT asphalt transport tank container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and diesel burner flue heating pipe that can use burners or other heaters to heat the asphalt. It’s equipped with asphalt overflow pipe, anti-liquid overflow breather valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen charging valve, temperature inductor, thermometer, volumeter and fast discharge valve and coupling used to output asphalt. The container uses external hanging burner heating structure and is mounted with heater control case （electric power needed is 220V 50Hz, users provide diesel oil storage barrel for themselves）. The frame is made of rectangle steel and is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for transfer transport of asphalt by road, railway and sea.
