OJYG40-35热油加热型沥青运输罐式集装箱，适用运输沥青、乳化沥青、改性沥青、PMB溶液及重燃油，设计标准GB/T 16563-1996、ISO1496-3：1995。40FT外形尺寸：L=12192mm，W=2438 mm，H=2438 mm，额定容量35000L，整备质量6500 kg，总质量40800 kg。使用压力0.09Mpa，使用温度250℃。
OJYG40-35 series oil heating asphalt transport tank container is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard are GB/T 16563-1996 and ISO1496-3：1995. The dimension of 40FT container is: L=12192mm，W=2438 mm，H=2438 mm, the rated capacity is 35000L, the curb weight is 6500 kg and the gross mass is 40800 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
40FT运输罐式集装箱罐体采用高品质隔热保温外壳并配备导热油管道系统，可以输入热油或蒸气加热沥青。配备沥青溢流管、防冒液呼吸阀、防老化顶置充氮阀、温度计、容量计和输出沥青的快速卸料阀及接耦。框架采用矩形结构钢材，质量轻强度大，适合于海路、公路、铁路的沥青中转运输。
The tank body of 40FT transport tank container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system that can input conduction oil or vapor to heat asphalt. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The frame is made of rectangle steel and is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for transfer transport of asphalt by road, railway and sea.
