OJYX20系列热油加热型沥青运输集装箱，该系列分12000L、27000L 2种规格。适用运输沥青、乳化沥青、改性沥青、PMB溶液及重燃油，设计标准GB/T 7392-1998、ISO1496-2：1996。20FT外形尺寸：L=6058mm，W=2438 mm，H=1290~2591mm，额定容量12000~27000L，整备质量2900~4500 kg，总质量14660~30960 kg。使用压力0.09Mpa，使用温度250℃。
OJYX20 series oil heating asphalt transport container has two specifications, i.e. 12000L and 27000L. It is suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standards are GB/T 7392-1998 and ISO1496-2：1996. The dimension for 20FT container is: L=6058mm，W=2438 mm，H=1290~2591mm, the rated capacity is 12000~27000L, the curb weight is 2900~4500 kg and the gross mass is 14660~30960 kg. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250℃.
20FT运输沥青集装箱采用高品质隔热保温外壳并配备导热油管道系统，容积比罐式集装箱大25％，可以输入热油或蒸气加热沥青。配备沥青溢流管、防冒液呼吸阀、防老化顶置充氮阀、温度计、容量计和输出沥青的快速卸料阀及接耦。罐箱采用优质低碳钢材，质量轻强度大，适合于海路、公路、铁路的沥青中转运输。
The tank body of 20FT transport tank container adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and conduction oil pipe system that can input conduction oil or vapor to heat asphalt. The capacity of the tank is 25％ larger than that of tank container. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The frame is made of rectangle steel and is strong yet light in weight. It is suitable for transfer transport of asphalt by road, railway and sea.
